Shipping, Return & Exchange Policy

 

Shipping Costs:
a. We proudly offer worldwide shipping for most of our woodworking products.
b. The buyer is fully responsible for all shipping-related expenses, including shipping fees, customs duties, tariffs, taxes, and any other applicable charges. All customs charges and tariffs are 100% paid by the buyer. 
c. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and the size/weight of the items in your order. You’ll see a detailed breakdown before completing your purchase.  

Shipping Time (Canada & US):  
a. Once your order is placed, please allow up to 3 business days for processing before it ships. This excludes custom-made or made-to-order items, which may require additional time.
b. Delivery times vary by destination. Estimated shipping times will be displayed during checkout for your convenience.

Shipping Methods:  
We primarily ship via Canada Post (For US shipping this is USPS).

International Shipping:  

Please contact us for a personalized quote if you do not see your country listed when checking out. 
a. For international orders, buyers are 100% responsible for all customs duties, tariffs, taxes, or additional fees imposed by their country.
b. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, which are beyond our control. Also note that for most international order we do not have the option to track it.   

Order Tracking:  
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details, if available pending on what shipping option you choose at checkout. 

Returns and Exchanges:  
a. We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship. If you’re not completely satisfied, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order to start a return.
b. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
c. Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging.
d. Refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned items, excluding the original shipping costs.  

Damaged or Defective Items:  
a. If an item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us immediately and include photos of the product and its packaging.
b. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue promptly, offering either a replacement or a refund as appropriate.
