Shipping, Return & Exchange Policy

Shipping Costs:

a. We offer worldwide shipping for the majority of our meticulously crafted woodworking products.

b. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs, including but not limited to shipping fees, duties, taxes, and any other applicable charges.

c. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and the size/weight of the ordered items. You can view these in full before placing your order. 

 

Shipping Time (Canada & US)

a. Once an order is placed, please allow 3 business days for processing before the item is shipped. This does not include ‘custom made or made-to-order items’.

b. Shipping times vary depending on the destination. Estimated delivery times will be provided during the checkout process.

 

Shipping Methods:

We primarily ship with Canada Post.

 

International Shipping:

a. For international orders, customers are responsible for any additional customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their respective countries.

b. We cannot predict or control any potential delays due to customs processing.

 

Order Tracking:

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, if avaliable.

 

Returns and Exchanges:

a. We take pride in the quality of our products. If, however, you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.

b. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

c. Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging.

d. Refunds will be issued upon receipt and inspection of the returned items, minus the original shipping costs.

 

Damaged or Defective Items:

a. In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the product and packaging.

b. We will work with you to resolve the issue, either by providing a replacement or issuing a refund.
